Is that all they have on them? The belted radial is a manufacturing method/tire design; or, the
direction the material is oriented in the tire.It has been several years since I was involved with tires, but just about every tire manufacturer had radial belted tires. See if you can find any small print near where the tire mates with the wheel.
I'm also having to look the technical terms up- like I said, it has been a while since I thought about it, but "radial belted" is more of a description of the tire, usually.
