Bruce, Hope you have better luck with truck bed coating. I used it under fenders on my car, wasn't overly impressed. Scratches too easy when I was reassembling parts had to go back and touchup.
How did you use Zero-Rust and provide a roughened surface that they recommended?I think they recommend putting over bare metal sanded with 36 grit to give metal bite.
