The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Making a Stovebolt Bed 46 1/2 front panel to bed wood

How does the wood attach to the front panel? It looks like the bed strips, stop short of the front panel. But there are multiple holes on the front panel. Pictures would be a great help.
