Anyone know where to buy regular parts like brakes, kingpins...

I get my larger truck brake shoes relined at a local clutch/brake rebuilder. Ask some truck/bus mechanics and they will know of a source.
Big trucks are a little tougher to find parts. You will need to hone your searching skills.
Norway is a beautiful country, we visited there last July and had a great time.
