Try searching for an "inverted flare banjo fitting". The lines running to the front and rear from the master cylinder are usually 1/4" OD tubing, and the inverted flare T fittings at the front crossmember and the rear end housing will probably have one 1/4" inverted flare socket and two 3/16" tube sockets. It's possible the master cylinder will have two banjo fittings stacked together with a copper seal washer between them, with a long banjo bolt holding them to the master cylinder outlet port.
