It sounds like you are happy with how it shifts so I guess you need to decide if you want to do a total rebuild or just replace the bearings.THIS KIT from Transpartswarehouse.com has all the bearings you need. I got mine from them through eBay but mine included new brass synchro rings too for a little more money.

If you decide to just go with new countershaft and main shaft bearings, then just call them and order just those bearings. Should just be three bearings plus the flat disc bearing and race that sits on the end of 5th gear (since you already have a new IS bearing installed).

The total rebuild is not difficult. Just follow along with my rebuild thread.
