Hy 52vff, Hydrovac is a booster installed after the master cylinder essentially a "slave" of the master cylinder, todays systems whether vacuum boosted or hydraulically boosted "Hydroboost" apply their boost at the input of the master cylinder. The "new" systems only require one booster to boost both the primary and secondary systems.
