On an advanced design, what is the easiest way to set up the column shifter. On my truck, I was not given the correct rods, that has confused me, also if look on page 12-4 of the shop manual they show only two rods, however if you look on page 7-1 of the factory assembly manual it shows 1 long rod and then two rods for 2nd and 3rd.
