| | | | Joined: Nov 2015 Posts: 34 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Nov 2015 Posts: 34 | I'm thinking about replacing the chrome strip that runs up the center of the hood on my 53...or maybe 54 2 ton. Replacement chrome is easy for the 1/2 ton guys, but I've heard the hood on the big bolts is different from the 1/2 ton's. So my question is, will the 1/2 ton truck hood chrome work on my 2 ton, or do I need to go on a crazy hunt for a 2 ton specific chrome strip?
