Chrome won’t get you home farmboy .
If this is your first truck it is easy to get caught up in appearance and forget about the mechanical, get it mechanically right first and you can add chrome later as your tastes and pocketbook allows. There is nothing worse than having to do major wrenching on a truck that is all painted and costumed up .
The only chrome on my 66 are the door handles and wiper arms and that is onyl because I could not figure out how to get them to hold paint..lol
