There is enough flex in the line, but I always run a short piece of rubber line just to be safe. Anywhere your steel line could rub on something, split a piece of rubber line and wrap your steel line with it, then use a zip tie to keep it there. Or if it's a sheetmetal edge, put the rubber hose over the sheet metal.
