Hello everyone, thought I'd give one of these intro things a try. It's been a long time coming but I've finally bought myself a resto project. It's a 1956 3600 with a 235 and 4 speed. Original engine fires right up and sounds great. It's pretty beat up as it spent its life as a farm truck and hadn't moved since around 1970 but its sitting on a solid foundation and the rust is mostly surface rust. I can't wait to start twisting wrenches and swinging hammers.
Here she is the day I brought her home.
Not quite a trailer queen I've already learned a ton from this site and can't wait to learn more.
