I'm at the point of replacing rusted portions of my inner and outer cowl panels. I'm only planning to cut out the rusted portion of each panel (lower 6-12" on each). The floor supports, floor boards, toe board, rockers, inner to outer cowl panels, etc. are all solid and the cab is still bolted to the frame. I'm going to cut and repair one side at a time and will be leaving most of the factory spot welds in place. Do I need to be concerned with the cab warping or twisting when I cut the rusted sections out? eek
Thanks for the help, folks!
