good luck! I do not believe they make an exact replacement. I have pulled 2 apart and cleaned the contacts and then put them back together (had to epoxy the back on though). I did buy one out of a 64-88 truck, it also has the washer terminal on it. You could drill the center if you knob out if it is solid (some just had a rubber plug in them). I believe the internals of the switch are fine, but it fits in a bigger hole so, you will have to file out the hole in your dash and bezel nut and then find another small thin nut to hold it on with. Chevy part # is 1993641. Here is a link to one on Ebay.
