| | | | Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 384 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 384 | Ive seen it notched (v's cut out of it) where the bolts go and to make it seat properly. When i was a kid we used to use tar paper for welt  but that wont do for most today.
