Body- most parts the same except bed sides
Frame- virtually the same from cab forward, slightly
heavier metal. Front cross members and springs are the same, axle and spindles are not. 1/2 ton axle will bolt
onto original springs allowing use of 1/2 ton brake kits. Rear of frame/rear suspension is completely different. What parts are you complaining about?
