The Jack Handles I've seen are the folding type and the long folded part lays on the back half of the top of the gas tank slipped under the strap with the actual handle end under the hold down spring.
It's shown in the assembly manual (Section 14, Page 15).
The manual shows a separate Lug Wrench and Tire Iron. I don't know when they changed, but all of the TF trucks I've seen had the combo lug wrench/tire iron. Maybe only trucks with split rims got the true tire irons (I've never owned one of them)???
