| | | | Joined: Jul 2013 Posts: 200 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jul 2013 Posts: 200 | Yes, some performance timing sets have multiple keyways, but they only allow a +/- 4° movement of the camshaft, and this isn't whats causing your issue. You either have mismatched parts like a bellhousing from an engine other than a GMC engine, or its just simply assembled incorrectly. I'm sure once you disassemble things, the problem will likely reveal itself clearly.
