Johnny,
If you want to add a link to your post, click on the "URL" button that is underneath the text area and type in the address to your link, then click on "OK". Another screen will come up where you type in the name of your link, you can name it whatever you like; ex: TRUCK PICS . At this point you will see your link address and the name you gave it, but in the actual post, only the name will appear.

Mechainiac,
You are absolutely correct, a new grill is expensive, that is why I want to salvage the one I have. A lettered grill like mine costs $550 from LMC, too rich for me. Think I'll do some hammer work on it and get it as straight as possible. Like yo said, "Patience."

Vaughn,
There is a welding shop just about a mile from my house. My Dad knows the guy that owns it so maybe I can get a pretty good deal. I'll take the bumper off and get my Dad to take it by there one day to see if the guy can fix it. Thanks for the tip.

I will keep everyone posted on my progress. I still have a long way to go with this project, but as my wife says, "Just keep working at it and eventually you will get there." I don't know how she does it, she has been going through chemo the last 3-4 months battling breast cancer and she hasn't let it get her down. She's great!
