Jer & Denny, the cap contacts are just above the rotor. 1/16 of an inch or less. Yes, the truck did run,and it ran real nice. Sweet had it up to 77mph a month or so back! I ordered a taller rotor and I'll see how that looks. I'll take pictures of the original rotor in line with the cap and the new rotor and post them. Just doesn't make any sense to me of why this is???
