When I took the windshield wiper motor out of the '48 2 ton, I kept the linkage retaining clip on the motor so as not to loose it. Kept it in place during the rebuild.
Went to install the motor, removed the clip and put it in a Safe Place. Motor is in, clip is nowhere to be found.
Wish I could find "Safe Place", must be hundreds of things stored there.
