Some time ago there was a discussion on whether or not the clutch adjusting rod had a divot in it where the connecting link contacted it.
I believed the divot was from wear as the divot seemed to very in depth from one rod to another.
Well, yesterday while cleaning out my late fathers NOS parts I ran across five NOS adjuster rods. To my surprise all had a divot, and the divot depths vary from one to another.
