I agree with the other guys that the truck will be fine with a good dousing of water and scrubbing with a bleach solution. A steam Jenny if available would be awesome. Hantavirus is a bad thing and sometimes can lead to death. The airborne dust (aerosols) breathed in while cleaning are your most likely point of contact. Watering down everything will lessen the airborne dust and hantavirus if present(much like asbestos remediation). When I am at the cleanout stage, I were a respirator.
