I hope you have photographs of the condition of the truck before transit. Check the truck over good when you receive it from the transit company and make notes of all damage. While in the possession of the transit company, they are responsible for reasonable care. If they have created the damage and caused problems with your truck while in their possession, they are responsible for the cost of repair and parts to bring it back to the condition in which they received it. If the transit company is reputable you shouldn't have any problem. If not, be prepared to contact an attorney. When they arrive with your truck, TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS and take notes. I've been there before. Transit driver scratched a high dollar paint job on a 1958 Chevrolet that I use to own with his belt buckle. He claimed not, but I had before and after transit photos which did not go in his favor. That scratch cost the transit company well north of $2000.00. Don't know, but I'm sure the driver is no longer employed by that transit company.
