I'm stripping the truck to bare metal for painting and I'm curious whether it is worth it to take the Hood apart. I know it'd be a more thorough job, but I figure there'd be a good chance of damage when reassembling the Hood.
By taking apart I mean pulling off the center strip. What did they do at the factory?
