You 'could' mix some 2-part epoxy up to fix that grommet's sliding around. The parts stores have assortments of grommets. There are also PCV valve fittings that would work, at the same parts stores. I'm sure you've seen them, but I am not omnipotent.
I've just made a few grommets cut from a 3/4" horse stall rubber mat from Tractor Supply Company. They are cut to the correct size, by me. I got tired of fooling with the parts stores' grommets, and the previously ordered grommets from vendors.
