Geez, Deve, do I agree with you. I am fortunate to have McMaster-Carr in my state, so next day delivery is the norm for me. I have been to Totally Stainless. I wish they had a retail outlet, but they try to be fair to their franchisees. They are great in assembling an odd ball kit that may not be in their catalog. Very knowledgeable tech support. I always make it a habit of talking with them at Hershey or Carlisle.
