Um...wouldn't you have to remove the ZeroRust before priming anyway? I wouldn't use that under primer, I think you'd want the primer on bare metal.
Many primers are UV sensitive anyway, so even if you did prime it, you wouldn't want to wait weeks/months/years before painting.
Either stop using the car, and just keep it away from moisture/humidity - or put something on the prevent rust, knowing you'll have to remove it later.
