Just happened to run across this old thread where everyone was
knocking Rustoleum. Well, here it is eight years and
17K miles later:

back in '07:

for where the alcoholic gas got spilt and left a spot on the
passenger side. No prime, painted right over the sandblasted
metal, no sign of any lifting even underneath where they've
seen a rain storm or tow on occasion.
