How about an extra canapy again? Ice chest and any waters like we've had in the past. We could forgo the sodas as there would be plenty of vendors around.
We had a lot of volunteer water delivered and that was a huge help. I don't think it will be as hot this year, so maybe the water will be at a minimum.
I will post in another thread the show's schedule for people who do not know it.
