Cosmo, I think the owner said they did not want to find little piles of ...(there was some sort of flower reference that i forget). But the camping i saw one weekend diving by was really packed into the field. I think if we pick a weekend without a major concert planned there will be fewer campers and thus more relaxed rules. That said, as I remember winchester, there are lots of port a johns, not so at the DB.
