I'm sure somewhere sells the kits - why not make your own "kit" up? Take each bolt off & measure it with a caliper, noting their thread pattern, & also the dimensions of any washers. I put these in a Ziploc bag, labeled the outside of the bag, & then counted the total number I needed by going over the truck. I multiplied that number by two for extras.

Inner fenders are attached to fenders with 5/16"-18 cap screws; same for the radiator support to fender mounting points. 1/2", 3/4", & 7/8" lengths will probably do the trick all the way around. I am unsure what size I used to attach the fender braces.

Replacing bolts is a dangerous undertaking; it can lead to replacing a lot more parts. Lock all of your sanding, grinding & wire wheel tools up. Focus only on the bolts in a one-for-one exchange & you'll be done in no-time. You will probably need to have a tap & t-handle handy, a torch... BFH...penetrant...wasp spray... But, I have no idea what the condition of your truck is.
