Pat & Larry Kytola wrote the book: How to Paint Flames. It's out of print, but I've seen it around in some catalogs. John Kosmoski's House of Kolor has a video where they flame out a Camero. The really good guys just take narrow masking tape and lay out the flames freehand. Fill in the rest with tape and masking paper. The skill/talent is in the lay out, color transition, and pin striping.


There is no problem so great that it cannot be solved by the application of thought, elbow grease and copious amounts of CASH.
