The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area General Truck Talk Rear gravel gaurd/splash gaurd/valance

Has anyone ever installer one of the aftermarket rear gravel guard/splash guard/ valance?
I bought one, sanded, primed and painted it and when I go to install it, the rear bumper brackets get in the way, they seems too be up to high and hit the valence.
Any solutions? I was told it was a "bolt in part".
