hello all. i was spray-painting a part gloss black rustoleum and those little "fish eyes" appeared! so i let it dry a couple of days, gave it a light sand, cleaned it, then sprayed again. same results. :mad: ive spray-painted alot of my parts and never had this problem before. is the paint bad? what should i do? does the part need to be stripped down completely and redone? thanks!!
