| | | | Joined: Sep 2000 Posts: 33 Member | | Member Joined: Sep 2000 Posts: 33 | What if I did have an early 40s art deco stovebolt and had front fender troubles and liked for my vehicle to have sort of a military look about it ... how practical would it be to fabricate some sheet metal ("clamshell"?) fenders like they had on the deuceandahalf gmcs and the tonandahalf chevys? Those things look to be of a pretty simple shape, compared to civilian fenders. Just wonderin.
