For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2014 Posts: 128 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2014 Posts: 128 | I had the spring on the brake pedal snap. The new one is too strong for my feeble arms to stretch it to hook it up. I figured I would take of the other end of the link that connects the pedal to the lever under the seat, I took out the cotter pin but the clevis won't budge. Is it a clevis or is it threaded? Any suggestions on hooking up the spring? Its the last item before I can hit the road so I'm anxious to get it done.
Thanks Andy
