I then traded it to my neighbor for rock plus spreading it on my driveway. He's done nothing with it (like all his projects) so if you think this could help you PM me and I'll put you in direct contact with him. He's usually very reasonable when selling abandoned projects. I see your in Virginia and he's in Texas so that's probably a killer.
