| | | | Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 Extreme Gabster | | Extreme Gabster Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 | If you will be reusing the hinges it would be a good idea to mark their position to help get them to line up easier when you put them back on. If you drill a small hole all the way through the hinge and door frame before you take them off you can use the drill bit as an alignment tool when you put them back on. This usually works even if the hinges get rebuilt because the doors were probably aligned before the hinges wore out.
