Do a search on any of these boards and you'll find all you ever wanted to know about POR-15.

I've used it for years and it's great for stopping rust, especially on floor and trunk pans. Be sure to get both sides of the metal protected. Three things to consider:

1. It's impossible to get off if you get it on you. Wear protective clothing. It'll wear off in 3-4 days.
2. If you spray it, take their warnings seriously. This stuff is toxic. I shot it on a frame in an open garage with a paper mask. I spent that night at the hospital with pneumonia.
3. Avoid using it anywhere you want to have a nice finish like on body panels. It's difficult to block out and it's difficult to paint over. It can be done; it's just not easy.

It will stop the rust though; and it won't come back.
