Unless you just have to have metal ones, the fiberglass do fine. I have been running 4 of them, on my '46, for about 18 years. Unless you thump them or feel under the bottom, you'll never know they are fiberglass. I looked for metal ones, back when I fixed mine and the few I found, were $450 apiece.
