You can DA those old chromed bumpers starting with #80 grit & finsh with #220. Then shoot a coat of self etching primer, then top off with a high fill primer & finish sand with #320 grit. Top this off with your finish color & your set. For added protection you can ad a coat of clear on top of your finish color for added protection. Make sure you do this to both sides of the bumper. No need to sandblast or strip. | | |
