My best guess is that since the Deluxe trim went on hiatus during the Korean War, and my truck was within the first 50 built for '54 at the St. Louis plant, they just didn't have any available. It has all the rest of the Deluxe trim except for the armrests. Gotta love the passenger-side sunvisor for a truck that never had a passenger seat!  | | |
