The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Interiors Differences Between 37 and 38-42 Steering Wheel

I would like to have a splined steering wheel in my 37 truck. Can anyone tell me the differences in appearance between a 37 steering wheel and newer years. My hope is to go to a splined shaft in the steering box and have a splined wheel that will look correct with a horn button that will function like the 37 does. I understand that I will have do work on the shaft or alter the shaft to achieve what I want.
