MARTINSR is by far the best non-classroom teacher out there. You will learn a ton from the master Jedi. Sit back, listen, and learn.

An additional suggestion is to see if there is a technical school in your area that will let you take a class or two. I did this last year locally and have now got a regular evening program running. I was so much fun, the instructor wanted a whole class like me. All kidding aside, this is a HUGE help. You learn with their materials, you get to learn what equipment, supplies, and product is best.

Perhaps the Jedi master will recognize our presence here. Otherwise, just look through the archives and read some of his teachings.
