Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 662 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 662 | I put the lower radiator baffle in first because it helps spread the fenders so the grille goes in with less resistance. Don't cinch the inner fender to LR baffle bolts yet. If you can get them use body bolts that are machine threaded (1/4-20 & 5/16-18) all the way down a tapered tip. Keep a scratch awl or small phillips handy to help line up holes. Start all you can loosely - makes lining up the others easier. Some you have to cinch the bolt down to hold the sheetmetal in place just to get a neighboring bolt in. It's a finesse job to get all those bolts in. Unless you lead a blessed life and everything is lined up perfectly. | | |
