What condition are your cab mounts and the floor of the cab? My guess is this is the real problem, having had it happen myself.
There is no adjustment for the pedal location beyond bending the arm, which I don't think is mentioned much less recommended in the service manual.
Otherwise you can moving the cab around the pedal to suit, also not easy, but good sound cab mounts are a fine start.
