Oh yeah, flat rate. If you do this about 6 times you will get close. I remember the Rep from Honda(I did work for them back in the day) came with some training film. We were doing a twin cylinder 250 at the time. Tech on the film set both pistons and rings into the cylinder in less than 10 seconds. Best I could ever do it was 10 minutes. And I was the fastest in the shop. Plan on double the flat rate. Take the time to be safe and smart. Three speed has linkage, and the torque tube. But it can be pulled by hand from under the truck. Not too heavy to manhandle alone. 4 speed, is HEAVY. I won't pull one without a transmission jack or an engine lift. Still have the Torque tube. The clutch and presser(pressure) plate come out and down. Gravity is at work here. The room between the cross member and the bell housing can get tight watch for finger pinch as it comes down. If the flywheel is good(not often) reassemble and all is good. If the flywheel needs to be resurfaced, it is heavy and likes to eat fingers when it comes off the dowel pins. Be safe, be smart, and take the time you need. It is not hard. You can do it. And you will feel good when you are done.
