The easiest way, but not always the best way, to lower the front of your truck is simply (and carefully) remove the front springs and remove one or 2 coils depending on how low you want to go. Use a cut off wheel not a torch. The problem there is you loose suspension travel. Better is to get lowered (lowering?) springs from a spring shop. Even better is to install dropped spindles. You can use the stock springs and still have the front down. Use both the springs and spindles and you can scrape the front bumper as you drive.
Lowering blocks work on the back, even with the trailing arm suspension. Better again is to get the proper springs from the same shop. All depends on how low you want to go.
