The PPG number I have for forester green is 40519, a little different from yours, but I had some made up, and it is very dark, matches the old paint chips I have that are in very good condition.
I have a PPG number for what I am told is 47-52 truck interiors, it is 3613, but I had some of that made up, and was not happy with the color, I think that number is wrong. So I got some from Chevy Duty, which I am happy with. I notice they say it is for 47-53. No paint code on the can.
